Featured Content

The Featured Content Tab is part of the subsite content type.  You can get to this content by clicking on the edit tab ( picture) of any subsite.

 

It will be this option here.

 

When you click on the tab, here are some options.

Select these features to include on the home page of the subsite.

 

Secondary Grid

Here is where you can add another grid underneath the first grid from the header and navigation section, in order to see how to add these grid items, visit this page.
