BSE in Systems and Control Engineering

Our program provides internationally recognized excellence in education and research in systems analysis, design and control.

Degree: Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Major: Systems and Control Engineering

In our Bachelor of Science in Engineering program, you can major in Systems and Control Engineering to gain the basic concepts, analytical tools and engineering methods needed to analyze and design complex technological and non-technological systems.

In this program, you’ll study problems relating to modeling, simulation, decision-making, control and optimization. You’ll use teamwork, leadership, communication and management skills to facilitate multidisciplinary projects that bring together practitioners of various engineering fields in an effective, professional and ethical manner.

Some examples of systems problems you’ll study include:

  • Modeling and analysis of complex biological systems

  • Computer control of industrial plants

  • Developing world models for studying environmental policies

  • Optimal planning and management in large-scale systems

  • Production, operations, and manufacturing design and systems

The Bachelor of Science degree program in Systems and Control Engineering is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET.
