Lisa Schuster is the Director of National Development for the Case School of Engineering. Her role supports the philanthropic priorities of the school by meeting and engaging alumni and friends around the country during face-to-face visits.

Melissa Van is the assistant dean of human resources and faculty affairs. In this role, she is responsible for the school-level processes that help recruit and hire great faculty and staff, promote their career development, and provide a supportive, collegial environment in which they carry out cutting-edge research and provide excellent education to our students.

Michelle Minter is the director of academic and research operations for the Departments of Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering and Computer and Data Sciences. In the role, Michelle works with an incredible team, overseeing grant management, student services, procurement and all aspects of department coordination and operation.
