Research Overview

The Center for Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostics (CCIPD) endeavors to build, develop and optimize novel and innovative algorithms, approaches and frameworks across a wide spectrum of diseases with a specific focus on the oncological space.

Our group is involved in innovating in the space of detecting the disease using minimally invasive and inexpensive tools that benefit the patient and physician alike and expands to the field of developing analytical tools for disease prognosis, response to therapy and finding out the disease risk to optimize treatment, collaborating and integrating various domains across clinical medicine, computer science, biomedical engineering among others.

We utilize machine learning, deep learning and quantitative approaches across a diverse domain utilizing imaging modalities including radiographic (CT, PET-CT, MRI) and digital pathology among others.

Our research spans multiple organ systems as highlighted  and across multiple spheres and broad subject areas some of which include
