This program is portable (standalone), and doesn’t require installation before running the program.
Note:
Clicking on button "Download Program and Manual", a program file package named “program_and_manual.zip” will be downloaded to your local computer folder. And the program can only be run on Windows. For most Windows computer, the default download folder could be found at C:\Users\user\Downloads. The downloaded program files were compressed into a zip file, and the user needs to unzip it before using the program.
