CWRU President Eric W. Kaler recognized CCIPD’s accomplishments in his 2021 State of the University letter. Kaler praised CCIPD’s work “using artificial intelligence to find better ways to treat patients with small cell lung cancer” and “determine which rectal cancer patients need surgery” Kaler also noted Dr. Anant Madabhushi’s receipt of the university’s Faculty Distinguished Research Award.
