Biography

My name is Yuzhou Jiang. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2015, and then I continued my study in New York University and graduated with a master's degree in Computer Science in 2017. After I served as a data scientist in an real estate company for two years, I joined CWRU and started my Ph.D. career with Dr. Ayday in 2019. My reseach interests are mainly related to security and privacy. Currently I'm working on applying differential privacy techniques to different types of data and exploring potential improvements both in data utility and protections against possible attacks.
