From Case to Space

Each year, the Case Engineering Council (CEC) coordinates Case Western Reserve University’s Engineers Week (E-Week) to celebrate and raise public understanding and appreciation of engineers’ contributions to society. Students are able to participate in friendly competition, social events, seminars with excellent speakers, and an E-Week Reception.

DiscoverE, the national organizer of E-Week, is a formal coalition of more than 100 professional societies, major corporations and government agencies, dedicated to ensuring a diverse and well-educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding of and interest in engineering and technology careers among young students and by promoting pre-college literacy in math and science.

The Engineers Week Reception is the culminating event of E-Week where students, faculty, alumni, and corporate supporters come together to celebrate engineering achievements. Donald Thomas (GRS '77, physics), engineer and former NASA astronaut, will give the keynote lecture at this year's reception.

See below for the registration for the reception and all E-Week events.
