Open Rank Faculty Position

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Case Western Reserve University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, and must demonstrate a strong track-record of cutting-edge research. The research area of specific interest to this position is electrochemistry and/or electrochemical engineering. The successful applicant is expected to establish an independent research program with national and international recognition and teach at all levels.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae (including a list of publications and three references), a research statement, and a teaching statement, by email to chefacultysearch2021@case.edu. Applicants are also requested to submit a statement explaining how their research, teaching, and/or service have contributed to diversity, equity and inclusion. This statement should reflect on ways in which the candidate’s efforts will continue to foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion at Case Western Reserve University.
