Student Team Qualifies for the North American Championship of the International Collegiate Programming Competition

Three teams of Computer Science students competed in the East Central North American Regional of the International Collegiate Programing Competition on Saturday, October 26. The CWRU teams competed against 112 teams from 43 schools from Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ontario. The CWRU team of junior Hung Vu, first year Duc Huy Nguyen, and first year Trung Nguyen Huynh finished 10th and were one of six teams to qualify for the North American Championship to be held in Atlanta in February.
