Compounding expensive or small scale materials such as nano-composites, bio-polymers or pharmaceuticals is therefore no longer a problem. Simultaneously, the rheological properties can be recorded to document structural changes. By using the optional force feeder, continuous extrusion with very small volume flows is possible.

HAAKE PolyLab* OS system


The modular HAAKE PolyLab OS is an innovative torque rheometer platform for process engineering in a wide range of markets. “OS” stands for the fundamental platform concept, that of Open System. The system architecture has been designed on an open industry standard, allowing a number of standardized sensors and systems to be connected to it for optical, viscosity and spectroscopy measurements.
