Professor emeritus inducted into NASA Glenn Research Center Hall of Fame

Eli Reshotko, the Kent H. Smith Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, has been inducted into the NASA Glenn Research Center Hall of Fame.
Honored by NASA Glenn for his research contributions in aerodynamics and fluid mechanics, Reshotko is internationally renowned for his fundamental research on compressible boundary layers, their stability and transition.
He was officially inducted along with the rest of the class of 2016 at a ceremony on Sept. 14 held in the Mission Integration Center Auditorium at the NASA Glenn Research Center.

The NASA Glenn Research Center Hall of Fame was established to honor and recognize individuals who have built exemplary careers and contributed to the center’s success.
