CWRU wants new $300M research building to boost economy, add brainpower, erase racial boundary

President Eric W. Kaler detailed how the new Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Building on Case Quad is designed to make an impact on the CWRU campus and in our community. Venkataramanan “Ragu” Balakrishnan, the Charles H. Phipps Dean of the Case School of Engineering and Joy K. Ward, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and incoming interim provost, will oversee research in the new building.
