The Electronic Structure Tools (EST) Programs, run under Grams, and are for Kramers Kronig Dispersion Analysis, Optical Property and Sum Rule Calculation, Band Gap fitting, Valence EELS Analysis and Hamaker Constant Calculations.

MieTab is a windows program for calculating the Mie Light Scattering parameters for for a spherical particle in a transparent medium. These results are used for optical light scattering. This program was developed by August Miller.
