This room has been developed as both an Electronic Classroom and as an Environmental Software Laboratory. The room is equipped with four Pentium-based PCs and one Macintosh computer. One of the PCs is linked to an overhead projection system to allow presentations and software research in a classroom setting. The projection system is also linked to a VCR.
The software library consists of numerous titles used both in class work as well as research. Examples include Superpro Designer, Bioplume II, Airflow SVE, BioSVE, PC WRAP, MINEQL+, Bio1D, SWPlan, and HELP, in addition to a standard software collection.
