Catherine Jayapandian, PhD receives Neptune Kidney Consortium Award

Congratulations to Catherine Jayapandian, PhD, Senior Research Associate in the Center for Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostics (CCIPD), who has been awarded a one-year $57,500 Career Enhancement Award from the Neptune Kidney Consortium for her project entitled "Computational Pathology-based Prognostic Predictor of Outcome for FSGS". Jayapandian will be co-mentored by CCIPD Director Anant Madabhushi, PhD, and John Sedor, Nephrologist, Glickman Urological & Kidney Institute, Cleveland Clinic.

 The Nephrotic Syndrome Study Network (NEPTUNE) is a collaborative investigational infrastructure of 23 sites across North America for conducting clinical and translational research on a group of rare kidney diseases presenting as Nephrotic Syndrome: Focal and Segmental Glomerular Sclerosis (FSGS), Minimal Change Disease (MCD), and Membranous Nephropathy (MN).
