Job Description

Supports the development staff through schedule management, drafting of memos and correspondence, composition of acknowledgement and stewardship letters, and assistance with various donor-relations event logistics.

Key Job Functions

Composes letters, memos, reports and other documents
Prepares and reviews gift acknowledgements and other mailings to donors
Supports the processing and tracking of departmental-driven gifts and grants
Prepares travel expense forms for reimbursement, requisitions and other orders
Assists in scheduling and organizing on-campus visits with donors
Develops travel itineraries and briefings
Assists and executes event logistics
Assist in reconciling and budget management
