What is a MEM Degree?

A Master in Engineering Management (MEM) Degree is a combination of engineering and management.

In industry, the work of engineering and management cannot be done independently. That is why the Case School of Engineering and the Weatherhead School of Management have pooled resources via The Institute for Management and Engineering to offer a fully integrated Master of Engineering and Management (MEM) degree that can be completed in only three semesters. The first semester always begins in the summer. Students with a senior status may elect to get an "early start".

Graduates of the MEM program possess skills critical to success in a leadership role, require less management training, and contribute effectively to engineering organizations within their first year on the job.
