CSE Information Technology

Information Technology support at the Case School of Engineering is provided by both CSE and the University's Information Technology Services (ITS). The ITS Service Desk call center (368-HELP) is available 24/7/365 and will route your request to the appropriate department on campus if they cannot resolve your issues over the phone. If that is the case, they will forward your ticket to the CSE IT department, and a technician will contact you to make an appointment for a deskside visit.
