EECS Faculty/Staff Annual Achievement Awards

In recognition of the many exceptional achievements of our department faculty and staff, the department has five four annual achievement awards:

  • Faculty Research Achievement
  • Faculty Teaching Achievement
  • Faculty Service Achievement
  • Staff Service Achievement
  • Leadership Achievement [last given 2007]

The awards are in recognition of “exceptional achievement” during the preceding year. The recipients are selected in November of each year, and the awards are presented at the department's holiday reception in December.

Also, beginning in 2010, in recognition of over 50 years in his academic career at Case and his global reputation, the department inaugurated the "Mihajlo 'Mike' Mesarovic" Award for Extraordinary Impact.
