Dual Degree Program - Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering Department includes the majors Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. These fields of Mechanical Engineering apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and engineering design to problems in aeronautics, astronautics, biomechanics, orthopedic engineering, robotics, energy, machinery, and mechanics of materials. Mechanical Engineers often collaborate with professionals in other fields such as Biology, Orthopedics, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science.
