Monday, Dec. 5th:  Proposal to participate is due by 11:59pm (email to dmg124@case.edu).

Dec. 12th-Dec. 22nd: Design/Research Phase: Teams are required to meet with Dean Gabay or James Pae to report progress and team updates. 

Wednesday, Feb. 22nd: Semi-finals, 5:30-9pm, Tinkham Veale Ballroom.

Friday, April 7th : Final papers due by 11:59pm to Dean Gabay

Thursday, April 13th: Finals, 5:30-9pm, Tinkham Veale Ballroom.  

May 2014: Winning team travels to Saint-Gobain's Northboro Research Center in Boston, MA. 

 

All teams selected to continue in the competition on December 5th will be able to receive up to $500 in funding for their prototype.  Funding will be in the form of reimbursement – all expenditures must have receipts or invoices and must be submitted within 2 weeks after the finals to be eligible for reimbursement.  Exceptions for advance payments can be made with prior approval by Dean Gabay.
